We collect only the information needed to run the cafe and respond to you.

• Contact details you share with us: Name, email, and phone number when you email, WhatsApp, or submit our contact form.
• Order information: Items ordered and payment details handled at the point of sale. We do not store full card numbers; our card terminal handles that securely.
• Website analytics: Basic anonymised traffic data (page views, referrers) via standard analytics tools. We do not track individuals.
• Social media interactions: Public comments and tags on our Instagram and Google Business Profile.

How we use the information

• To respond to your messages, calls, or emails
• To take and fulfil your orders
• To process payments via our secure payment provider
• To improve our menu, service, and website based on aggregated feedback
• To reach you about a reservation, pickup, or follow-up — only when you initiated the conversation

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information to third parties
• We don't send promotional emails unless you explicitly opt in (we don't currently run one)
• We don't share your order history with third parties beyond what's needed to deliver your order (e.g., Foodpanda handles their own data)

Our website uses minimal cookies — only those necessary for the site to function and for anonymous analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting the main functions of the site.

Payment processing

In-cafe payments are processed through our bank-approved card terminal or e-wallet provider (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost). We do not see or store your full card or e-wallet credentials. Foodpanda orders are handled entirely through Foodpanda's systems.

Children

Our cafe welcomes families, but our website does not actively collect information from children under 13. Parents managing orders for their families are welcome to reach us.

Your rights

• You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you
• You can ask us to correct any inaccurate information
• You can ask us to delete your information (we'll keep only what's legally required for tax/accounting purposes)
