These terms apply when you visit Bubbs & Bites Cafe, order from us (in-cafe or via Foodpanda), or use our website https://bubbsandbites.my. By using the site or visiting the cafe, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Bubbs & Bites Cafe — a specialty cafe registered and operating in Malaysia since September 2022. Address: 32-1, Jalan PJU 5/11 Dataran Sunway, 47810 Kota Damansara, Selangor, Malaysia.

Menu and pricing

Menu items and prices shown on this website are correct at the time of publication but may change. The menu on the cafe wall is the live, authoritative version. Foodpanda listings are maintained via the Foodpanda platform and may show a small mark-up or delivery fee managed by Foodpanda.

We offer waffles, specialty coffee, brunch plates, pasta, toast, mini wraps, and a rotating pastry selection. All items are prepared in our pork-free kitchen.

Orders and payment

• In-cafe: Walk-in only, first come first seated. Order at the counter, pay at the counter, take a table number. We accept cash, card, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost.
• Delivery: Foodpanda during our opening hours. Their platform terms apply to delivery orders.
• Whole cakes and group bookings: Message us ahead on Instagram or email. We may ask for a deposit on custom cake orders.

Reservations

We are walk-in only. For groups of 6 or more, message us in advance and we'll do our best to hold a corner — no guarantee.

Pet policy

Dogs, cats, and small pets are welcome indoors provided they are in a carrier, on a short leash, in a diaper, or fully toilet-trained. Large unsecured dogs may be asked to relocate during weekend peak hours for the comfort of all guests. See our pet policy for the full detail.

Opening hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 8 AM – 7 PM. Closed Wednesdays. Occasional closures are announced on our Instagram.

Health and safety

Our kitchen operates under Malaysian F&B safety standards. If you have a specific allergy or dietary concern, tell our staff at the counter before ordering.

Use of our website

The content on https://bubbsandbites.my — text, images, recipes, brand elements — is ours. You may share links freely. Please don't republish full articles or photos without asking; we're usually happy to say yes.

Third-party links

This site links to Foodpanda, Google Maps, Instagram, and occasionally other third-party services. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to serve fresh, accurate, and safe food and drinks. To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim relating to a visit or an order is limited to the amount paid for the specific order concerned.

Refunds and complaints

If something's wrong with your order, tell us while you're still at the cafe — we'll re-make it or refund it, simply. For Foodpanda issues, their refund process applies (we'll do our part to help).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is the one on this page. Material changes are announced on our homepage.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
